Taking his inspiration from contemporary scores, he creates Metaforms sequences that evolve in accordance with the musical structure. This ‘’Music for the Eye’’ is neither intended to serve as an accompaniment nor as an illustration, but freeing us from reality stimulates our imagination without restraining it. Numerous ‘’Music for the Eye’’ evenings have been given in Cultural Center and Museums in France and abroad. Together with Trio Deslogères a Chamber Contemporary Ensemble he toured Israël and gave Concert-shows in France.

Weill made a short experimental film for the French Television Research Service, to which a special mention as best experimental film at the First Amateur and Short Film Festival in Jerusalem was awarded.
